Once we receive your Sponsorship Booking Form, we will send you a contract to be duly signed + an invoice.

 As a second step, we as organizers, will proceed to reserve the items in accordance with your booking.

 Completion of the Booking Form by the Sponsors shall be considered as a full commitment of purchase.

The sponsor must pay 30% of the sponsor’s fees according to the invoice before November 30, 2023, and 70% before the deadline specified in the table.

The event organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone a part of or the entire event. If the event is cancelled, all fees paid to the organizer for bookings not already cancelled will be refunded to the customer. Further claims for refunds or damages will not be accepted by the organizer.

This agreement is governed by the laws of The Hashemite Kingdom Of Jordan. The place of performance is Jordan, and the Jordanian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all reciprocal obligations.

In the case where the event has to be cancelled by the organizer for reasons of force majeure, the organizer shall not be obliged to provide the agreed-upon services. Force majeure is defined as a non-operational, unforeseeable and/or unavoidable event that makes it difficult or impossible to comply with the contract, even with the utmost care. Force majeure also includes natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks and epidemics, as well as internal, lawful strikes affecting the operator of the venue and/or contractually bound third parties, which are necessary for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the contract with the organizer. All fees paid for bookings not already cancelled will be refunded in full. Further claims for refunds or damages will not be accepted by the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to change the program without notice.
