Force Majeure
In the case where the event has to be cancelled by the organizer for reasons of force majeure, the organizer shall not be obliged to provide the agreed-upon services.
Force majeure is defined as a non-operational, unforeseeable and/or unavoidable event that makes it difficult or impossible to comply with the contract, even with the utmost care.
Force majeure also includes natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks and epidemics, as well as internal, lawful strikes affecting the operator of the venue and/or contractually bound third parties, which are necessary for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the contract with the organizer.
All fees paid for bookings not already cancelled will be refunded in full. Further claims for refunds or damages will not be accepted by the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to change the program without notice.
